I must say with rising concern: it’s time to get back into shape on purpose! Let’s be honest, what’s up with all those extra pounds of fat? Yes, being healthy is important, but you want to look good, even GREAT. It builds confidence, self-esteem, and is a major factor with your productivity.
While kicking back on his own Necker Island, billionaire Richard Branson was once asked, “How do you become more productive?” His answer: “Working out.” He claims it gives him at least four extra hours of productivity per day.
Remember when you were disciplined? You used to get up to exercise no matter what! Rain, heat, snow, nothing could stop you. Now, all I hear are excuses… “Oh, it’s too cold, too early, too hot, too late…”
What’s up with your eating habits? You eat out waaaay to much. I challenge you to get off that Western diet. Discontinue eating processed, edible food-like substances.
Find others who are active, but do not depend on others to take action. Work out solo if you need to! Do not expect others to be as serious or intense as you. Do not be swayed by other people’s inability to commit to a goal.
While everyone else is sleeping, you’ll already be up fueling yourself with a proper breakfast and working out.
While everyone is drooling over the newest fast food fad, you’ll be working on building a body that is worth drooling over.
You’re a beast. You can’t be stopped.
